I know that you can't microneedle with acne present but what about black heads and closed comedones? I've been wanting the treatment but wanted to get rid of my closed comedones first, however that's taking a long time to slowly go away. And I don't want to keep waiting. I don't have any acne just closed comedones, can I still get microneedle on the area with closed comedones?
