It is very common to have some soreness after a breast augmentation. If the implants are under the muscle the soreness last longer. I bet the pain is from the muscle release from the rib rather than a bruised rib itself. It should settle down soon. Follow up with your surgeon.

Yes, bruised ribs are certainly a possibility and maybe an ideology of your pain. This can be related to the type of augmentation you had for your physical activity. Try taking taking your pain medications and particularly using anti-inflammatories. Yes, this can happen and can often happen even if you aren't overly active post op. Anti-inflammatories can help with the inflammation and soreness and this should resolve in a couple of weeks. Yes, breast augmentation especially if implants are placed submuscular can cause bruised ribs.  Pressure of implants on ribs alone can cause soreness.  Recovery time varies and depends on many factors. 

Your body needs time to heal, what you are describing sounds like a normal postoperative period for under the muscle breast augmentation, the normal time required for any wound in the body to heal, is 3 weeks, that is why any surgeon that remembers physiology, recommend the patients not to lift anything heavier than 5 pounds for the same period of time, you need to listen to your body and take it easy for as long as your body needs.

"Bruised ribs" would be a very generic term to describe some type of strain to the muscles or tissue around the ribcage. What you had done was far worse than this, especially if your implants were placed in the preferred sight of below the muscle. Do not despair, your complaints sound completely normal.
