I wore invisalign already 5 ys ago and I need it again since my wisdom teeth are not all out and they are pushing my front teeth. Also I noticed that my smile was alwys off but after the braces it got worse opening too much on one side. Can that be fixed?

I would recommend moving the teeth into the correct position first, then consider the gingival graft after the fact.
Sometimes when we angulate the teeth better, the gum tissue can follow and actually look better. Might save you the graft!
