Hi there,I would recommend moving the teeth into the correct position first, then consider the gingival graft after the fact. Sometimes when we angulate the teeth better, the gum tissue can follow and actually look better. Might save you the graft! Additionally, if you do the graft first, the periodontist will likely ask you not to use aligners because he/she won't want you to disrupt the graft site... so you'd be delaying your invisalign treatment further.
