I have a vein around each areola. Can laser treatment reduce their appearance?

It looks like my areolas are surrounded by a purple border. If I stretch the skin I can see what looks to be one vein wrapping around each. I have fair skin & usually respond well to laser treatment for veins in other areas. Will laser treatment on the perimeter of my areolas reduce the visibility of purple borders? Thanks!

I find topical lasers to be inferior to sclerotherapy for any vein big enough to get a needle into.  Sclerotherapy is the gold standard and will yield the best results.

Topical Laser may work in this area but I use sclerotherapy if the vein is large enough to accommodate the needle.
