Hi there,It looks to me like you have had good surgery. You need more time. The skin fold needs time to soften and lay flat against the lid platform.Best,JDW
It is still too early to comment on how your eyelids will look once they heal. Looking at the picture it seems like your surgeon did a fine job but we cannot comment for sure till you are at least 3 months post surgery.
It's very early but it is a little high looking. HOWEVER, you are looking down in the photo so it's hard to say. I am sure your crease will come down but not sure how much. If you have ptosis that wasn't corrected sometimes that can create a high crease situation as well. Follow up with your surgeon closely.Chase Lay MDAsian eyelid surgery specialist
Hello,Thank you for the inquiry and image. With blepharoplasty, it's important to be patient to see the final results -- 11 days post-op is still too early. Your concerns are relatively common and not anything to worry about. Also, remember that the scars will heal in the coming weeks and months, so the whole process is more like a marathon than a sprint to the finish line. You should be quite satisfied with your results in the long run, but if you are still concerned in the future, consult the surgeon who performed your surgery.See attached link for more information.
