Hi there,It looks to me like you have had good surgery. You need more time. The skin fold needs time to soften and lay flat against the lid platform.Best,JDW
It is still too early to comment on how your eyelids will look once they heal. Looking at the picture it seems like your surgeon did a fine job but we cannot comment for sure till you are at least 3 months post surgery.
It's very early but it is a little high looking. HOWEVER, you are looking down in the photo so it's hard to say. I am sure your crease will come down but not sure how much. Your right eye still seems quite swollen. I think there is something going on with your right upper eyelid. it has already been three months. You should wait a little longer to see if it settles down. But if it does not change, you may need a revision surgery,
Sorry ,I cannot see your eyelids from the picture you provided. It's certainly been long enough that all the scar and swelling is gone. At this point revision surgery is the only option to symmetrize your eyelids
A tapered crease can be altered towards a parallel crease. Often this will also include an epicanthoplasy which open the eyes horizontally. An in person consultation with an oculoplaslastic surgeon can help you decide if it's a right choice for you.
