2 weeks after double eyelid suture surgery, right eye is more droopy and swollen than left eye.

It is quite normal to have some asymmetry 2 weeks after the procedure, even though you had the non-incisional suture technique.  The swelling will continue to subside and you should be able to see the final result in 2-3 months.  You are actually healing very well so don't worry too much and remember to follow up with your surgeon!Goretti H. Yes, it is very common to have asymmetry immediately following surgery. One eye may be more droopy. The swelling and the asymmetry may last between one to three months. you will see improvement with time.

Give it more time.  I see the asymmetry in the healing process but it is very slight.  Just be patient.  Follow up close with yours surgeon and maybe consider a little massage on the more swollen side.  Just be patient.  You look pretty good.Chase Lay MDAsian eyelid surgery specialist

Hello and thank you for posting your question and photos.  First of all, you are still very early in the post operative healing stage and it may take several weeks for the swelling to resolve completely.  Secondly, asymmetric swelling/bruising is not uncommon after blepharoplasty.  If the asymmetry, (i.e. droopiness), is still present and significant after 3 months, it can be corrected.  Best wishes.
