Can my right eye be fixed? I have gone back to my surgeon after 3 months found a lump In my right eye and it's not a cyst.

Surgeon says it could be a hytrophic scar At the time of surgery he said my tendon needed repairing from wearing contact lenses it had stretched I don't understand why the left eye looks normal and my right eye is very out of place I can't properly look up and the lump is still there even though it still swollen I think the lump will still be there and it's causing the crease to look high.I dont know what to do can someone help me plz or any recommendations.

Your right eye still seems quite swollen. I think there is something going on with your right upper eyelid. it has already been three months. You should wait a little longer to see if it settles down. But if it does not change, you may need a revision surgery,

It's impossible to be sure based on a single photo.  But this looks like you might be right and just maybe your doctor might not be.  I think that you do have swelling and a lump which makes your crease look higher.  And it doesn't look a hypertrophic scar.  The lump might need to be surgically removed.  Since three months have elapsed since your surgery and since you have been patient and realistic with your expectations, I would consider getting another opinion from an oculofacial plastic surgeon near you. That's a very noticeable asymmetry in your healing process.  I'm not worried about the bump.  I'm worried about the height that the swelling overall.  While three months is not a very long time in the healing process this appears a little unusual.  Get more than two more opinions from surgeons who clearly perform Asian eyelid surgery frequently.Chase Lay MDAsian eyelid surgery specialist
