I will be getting a PDL treatment of 8.75 joules at a pulse duration of 3-5ms. Is waiting 24 hours before exercising enough time? If I exercise after a PDL treatment, is it possible that the blood vessels treated could return to their original state/prominence? Could exercise reverse what the laser did?

Also, capillaries need this time to contract and coagulate. We recommend a 4-6
