It seems all the surgeons in Turkey are offering Saphire FUE, where sapphire blades are used to create smaller and more precise incisions / channels. I read that this reduces trauma, improves healing time, and allows for more dense transplants. It seems to be a very simple technological advance that has huge benefits. Why isn't everyone using these blades? Why is nobody outside of Turkey offering Saphire FUE? What am I missing here? Thanks
