Based on your photos, it seems that there is significant crusting at the transplanted site. If that is the area you are referring to, and would like the hair removed, you do have a few options.
First, I would start by consulting with the surgeon who performed your hair transplant. One option is laser hair removal to remove the unwanted hair that was transplanted to your temporal areas. Another option is to punch out the grafts using a follicular extraction method. However, this will leave you with very small, but potentially noticeable scars (about 1mm each) in the area where that was removed. In some cases, the hair can then be put back to the donor area, but it is important to see the donor area and determine if the scalp is healthy for a hair transplant. That would require direct visualization of the donor site by an experienced hair restoration surgeon.
