Is it possible to correct my nose (alar ridge) with fillers? (photos)

I have had a nose job and a revision but my nose has a pinched look and I have deep nostril lines. Also my nostrils are very thin now. What is the best way to correct this? Is it possible to correct with fillers ?

No please, don't get any fillers there, would be disastrous.You have, true, pinched nose and nasal valve collapse, the solution is alar batten grafts, a golden standard, nothing atypical or weird in the hands of a regular revision rhinoplasty surgeon.

Yes, it might be possible to fill them in a bit with filler. The filler should also 6 months to a year and sometimes longer.

As long as you do not have breathing obstruction secondary to nostril collapse you can have fillers injected to augment the groove. Another alternative would be cartilage grafts which would provide permanent correction and improve nasal breathing if that is necessary.
