I've had a horrible primary which entailed my surgeon deepening my nasion and taking 3 to 4mm off my radix. I need this restored. Now in theory, which type of grafting material is best used. I have septal cartilage. Please elaborate on the technical ways it would take to re-augment the nasofrontal angle for tremendous height. And how are grafts secured? I would like to also use temporal fascia as blanket cover to hid all graft irregularities as well. How much height can this account for as well?
