Blue Vein Under Eye after Tear Trough Filler?

2 weeks after getting teosyal redensity ii for my tea troughs, under my right eye there is a slight lump. It's a little more raised on the right side than the left. Anyways...under the right eye where the bump is, a blue vein appeared that I never had before. Should I be worried?

I'm sorry to hear you have had trouble after your filler treatment.  If you have a firm mass under your eye you should see your surgeon asap.  You may benefit from steroid injection combined with  hyaluronidase. You may have developed a foreign body reaction to the product.

Thank you for your question. It is common practice to massage the injected area to ensure it is smooth and consistent with your anatomy. .5ml of product is a minimal amount, you may require more. Wait a full 2 weeks for the product to settle, if you are still concerned after 2 weeks...
