When I smile my nostrils stretch, especially when I smile wide. For quite awhile I've been thinking about getting alarplasty in order to decrease the width of my nose and possibly a rhinoplasty to give my nose more definition, raising the bridge improving my side profile. My only concerns are that an alarplasty would not suit my face because my eyes are set far apart and the original wideness of my nose balances that factor out. If alarplasty is not the way to go with my nose, what are other options?
