Vaser ultrasound or Smart Lipo laser liposuction will best address your neck below the jawline for better contour. I treat the entire neck under the jaw. Kybella only goes in the central fat area below the chin.

We frequently perform this after previous kybella and/or CoolSculpting, etc to the neck.

It does not address jowls. Filler after the neck liposuction can be evaluated.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Kybella takes longer, has results that vary and are, to some extent, unpredictable.Vaser Liposuction is much better. It is quicker and provides some level of skin tightening effect and is more precise as we physically remove the area's melted fat in a detailed fashion. It's important to assess these areas at a consultation in person.

I suggest having an in person consultation or consider talking to local board-certified plastic surgeons no they will not have Airsculpt unless you travel to an elite body sculpture center.
