Would having 500cc of fat transfered to each buttock make a notable difference? I am 5'2" and 135lbs. Small frame.

Understand that typically 50% of transferred fat melts away, so 500cc will result in 250cc augmentation,  depending on the size of your existing butt, it may or may not make a visible difference.  Take a look at our snapchat (RealDrSix) where we often show BBL procedures, how they are done and what to expect.

500 cc's can make a noticeable difference in a small person who does not want a huge change.  Best to be seen in person.

Hello dear!Thanks for the question and provided information as well.It's very variable in each patient. it'll depend on how much you have currently; because the results will be very different in a patient that already have a big butt than a patient with a flat butt or in another with a normal size butt.I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.Good luck :)
