Tooth Bridge - Will the gums re-grow? (photo)

No the gums will not regrow and the bridge looks bulky grom your picture. The shade of the bridge is also different from the natural teeth making it look artificial and very prominent. You have 2 options:

- ask your dentist to replace your existing bridge at no additional cost as you are not happy with the result

or

- take a consult from a good cosmetic dentist and get a new one made. This option will be expensive as you have already paid for your existing bridge but an eperienced cosmetic doctor will give you much better results.

In most cases no I suggest if your not happy let them know and in most cases they will repair or replace at no charge unless you told them you were happy before insertion good luck

It is hard to tell if the middle 2 teeth are natural abutments containing the root portion of your tooth, or if your hatural teeth had been extracted.  Either way, the bridge is unesthetic and it is also canted which makes it more prominent and fake looking.  Once you address your concerns with your dentist and the case is redone, you need to make sure that you are happy with your temporaries before proceding with the final.  Often times, the temporaries can be adjusted and then copied for your final restorations once you and your dentist are happy.  Good luck and keep us posted.
