i personally prefer to stay completely natural and instead supplement with select vitamins etc. However other physicians may elect to include medication. There is not enough data for someone to be dogmatic since there are a lot of variables from person to person. As much as possible, even though i am a board certified plastic surgeon, I prefer to void prescription drugs.david berman md
