Hi Mr.Santhosh, Thank you for the question and pictures. As far as hair is concerned, Multiple modalities are recommended to see improvement in hair growth. Minoxidil alone is not sufficient. Hence PRP is recommended. You need to use a DHT blocker which will enhance the results of PRP. Good luck.  

PRP can decrease shedding, increase the diameter  ( approximately 30%) of existing growing hairs and increase hair regrowth. It takes hairs that are in the resting phase and puts them into the growth phase.

PRP treatments will stimulate your baby hairs, especially if they are dormant and need a boost for growth. A benefit of PRP is that stimulated hair follicles grow in thicker and healthier. Provided PRP is prepared and administered correctly, PRP will likely provide greater benefit than your current regime.
Research what PRP system your provider uses and compare against others available in your marketplace. Density of the platelets and growth factors are one of the biggest factors of successful PRP therapies. 
The better PRP systems utilise a 50 mL blood draw which yield about 7.5 to 8 mL of high density PRP. 0.2 mL of PRP is injected at about every centimeter. 
Receive 4 to 6 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. 
Adding extracellular matrix generally provides for greater efficacy.
A touch of injectable progesterone mixed with PRP provides additional benefit.
You appear to be fairly young. Therefore, I would use Finasteride quite sparingly. It is associated with longer term fertility issues. A new long term study indicates these side effects can be permanent.
