Hi I am nearing week 11 after I got the hairs implanted at the front of my head. I am really missing playing soccer but I'm not sure how I feel about heading the ball, could it possibly affect the new hairs after 11 weeks? Should I wait longer? How long

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  After 11 weeks, you can do whatever you like.

Thanks for your question. I recommend my patients to wait for minimum 3 weeks with starting any sport activity. After 11 weeks it will be fine to play soccor and it will not have any effect on your hair transplantation.

you can play coccer after 6 weeks of surgery ..You may start to gym, heavy exercises and swimming 2 weeks after the FUE operation. Jogging, running, sauna, cycling etc don't give any harm after 2 weeks of operation

If you are week 11 after a hair transplant you can play soccer. I personally recommend my patient to wait one month to come back to sports. 
Your newly transplanted hair may take up to a year to regrow, but your post-surgery recovery should normally be over in a month or so. If you complete this first month abiding by your doctor’s suggestions, not only will you get through this period easily and comfortably, but also will have created the optimum environment for the fast regrowth of your newly transplanted hair.

3 monthts after an FUE is not a problem for playing full sports. I tell my patients that they can do it in two or three weeks
