How long does the bruising last with a Coolsculpting procedure on the outer thighs?

There usually isn't bruising using the outer thigh applicator. The flat panel doesn't  have suction so bruising is generally eliminated. Best of luck!

CoolSculpting – which uses cryolipolysis to freeze and destroy fat
cells – has been such a popular and effective fat-elimination
procedure, Zeltiq has come up with a number of applicators of
different sizes and shapes. The applicator that we use to treat the
outer thighs or flanks is the CoolSmooth. It is a flat panel that
does not apply suction to the treatment area so that many patients do
not bruise at all. I have rarely seen very slight bruising with the
CoolSmooth applicator, which resolved within one week. The most
common side effects with CoolSmooth are a slight reddening and
perhaps some slight swelling or a tingling feeling. These all resolve
within days. The results will take two to three months for the final
outcome, so be sure to do your treatment soon, before summer. Please
find a board-certified dermatologist who has been certified by Zeltiq
as a CoolSculpting practitioner to determine if you are a candidate
for this permanent fat-removal technique. 

Bruising can occur occasionally with CoolSculpting but is not common.  When it does occur, it would probably last about as long as any bruise would, approximately 5-10 days.
