Combining Emsculpt (regular) + Velashape on the same day? Which one first?

Hi, I found a affordable provider of Emsculpt. They have the regular machine and not the neo. I understand that the neo includes RF to help reduce fat. I am a very active person but I have stubborn belly fat. The provider also offers VelaShape and wondering if I could combine the two to mimic the Emscupt neo. Can I do both on the same day and which one should be done first?

For your core, you need abdominal exercises and yoga works well too. For buttocks and legs, leg exercises work well.

If your repair was successful, you should be able to do EMSculpt without any problem. Initially, I would try a little lower setting just to see how you react to treatment. The paddle can also be placed upside down to cover more of the lower abdomen.

You should be able to treat your legs with no problems, and would need the paddle placed upside down for your abdomen. During the treatment, if you notice your sternum getting hot, they can just turn off the radiofrequency and just treat your muscles. Or, just avoid using the radiofrequency for...
