I've been considering EMSculpt for my abdomen in lieu of liposuction and a tummy tuck. I'm not seeking dramatic results, but I'd like to tone my ab muscles after years of working a desk job. I'm 41, 5'8", 165 lb, but my ideal weight is 155lb. I'm in excellent health, walk most of the time and eat a low carb, moderate protein moderate fat diet. I do hot yoga 1-2 times a week. What specific exercises are recommended to maintain results?

If your repair was successful, you should be able to do EMSculpt without any problem. Initially, I would try a little lower setting just to see how you react to treatment. The paddle can also be placed upside down to cover more of the lower abdomen.
You should be able to treat your legs with no problems, and would need the paddle placed upside down for your abdomen. During the treatment, if you notice your sternum getting hot, they can just turn off the radiofrequency and just treat your muscles. Or, just avoid using the radiofrequency for...
EMSculpt, not CoolSculpting, will help your abdominal muscles. I would not waste money on more CoolSculpting treatments since they did not help initially. For excess fat, liposuction works much better. You can still have EMSculpt with a polyp.
