Massive weight loss- tummy tuck/breast implants after previous reduction 15 years ago. Recently started kayaking to build muscle after noticing my left implant shifting sideways and causing pain. Thought building muscle would help. Now my right implant is sitting very noticeably high but left implant isn’t shifting as much. Is this normal? Prior to building muscle though they weren’t tech symmetric- surgeon made them APPEAR so due to right arm deformity.
