Can I have breast implants done as a patient with auto immune skin condition pemphigus vulgaris?

Hello I’m 42 years old and have given birth to 2 daughter more than 10 years ago and am looking at breast implants however I was diagnosed with an auto immune skin condition pemphigus vulgaris 2 years ago and went on prednisolone and am now clear with the occasional lesions in the mouth but is treated with steroid cream Is implants suitable for my condition Thanks
