Thank you for your question. Threading, but I would avoid waxing as this may cause pigment irregularities.  The trauma has been known to pull off the top skin layer, and cause hyperpigmentation. I hope this helps.

Its best you discontinue wax and threading while having IPL treatments to avoid any skin sensitivity

IPL treatments should be done after prepping the skin with topical creams such as Melarase. It is not advisable to treat the skin with IPL after waxing.
