IPL treatments should be done after prepping the skin with topical creams such as Melarase. It is not advisable to treat the skin with IPL after waxing.

Thank you for your question. I have seen this before, and they are like "old faithful" and will return another day to darken up and be your "beauty mark" once again. The pigment removal is temporary, and pigment should return in 3-6 months. I hope this helps.
