I went to visit 2 dermatologists and did 8 skinpen+prp, 4 clear brilliant but the laugh lines are still there. Any non surgical treatments for laugh lines? I'm 36 years old. Thank you.

Answer: Threadlift is one of the best options Thanks for sharing your case with us. Now, after having all of those procedures done is time to escalate for a more effective and invasive therapy as well. Threads are one of the best option to reposition soft facial tissue immediately, i personally use silhouette soft with cones to have an easier lift. It achieves the correction immediately and helps you produce collage progressively to have a better skin quality. Treatments are always customizable so don't forget to go with an expert to have the best results. Best luck. Dr Luis Salazar. Aesthetic Solutions

Answer: Laughter lines Hello and thanks for your question Laughter lines are best dealt with by using skin resurfacing like you have tried and also filler placed in the correct depth and place. A Hyaluronic acid based filler placed in the midface would be a good way to help lift and soften the lines here and would be a good place to start, Best wishes
