Thread lift for laugh lines? (Photo)

Question

I went to visit 2 dermatologists and did 8 skinpen+prp, 4 clear brilliant but the laugh lines are still there. Any non surgical treatments for laugh lines? I'm 36 years old. Thank you.

Hi @amytx0603. I would recommend dermal fillers to soften your smile lines. Restylane Defyne is a great choice.

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. Hello and thanks for your question Laughter lines are best dealt with by using skin resurfacing like you have tried and also filler placed in the correct depth and place. A Hyaluronic acid based filler placed in the midface would be a good way to help lift and soften the lines here and would be a good place to start, Best wishes
