Thank you for your question.Based on the diagnosis of Blepharitis, which means inflammation of the eyelids. I would stop using the Latisse on the eyelashes. It could be the Latisse that is cuasing the irritation. I would wait until you the blepharitis resolves and then try re-introducing the Latisse. The Lotemax will be useless if it is the Latisse causing the problem. Have you discussed this with your doctor?
This should be fine, but I recommend following up with your surgeon about using Latisse with Lotemax drops. Keep in mind, eventually Latisse results may plateau. A combination approach is needed. In combination with Latisse, I typically inject and apply topically PRP for a few treatments at the beginning to improve the growth rate of the lashes. Take viviscal as well. See an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer

Latisse and Lumigan have the same active ingredient but are not the same. Lumigan contains bimatoprost at a concentration of 0.01 % and is meant as an eye drop to be placed in the eye. Latisse contains bimatoprost at three times the concentration - at 0.03 % and comes with brushes designed for...
Many treatments could help but the fundamental reason this occured should be explored in greater detail with a physician. Cutting the lashes is not the reason for growth differences one year out. Ideally a formal consultation could prove helpful.
