Thank you for your question. It is difficult from the photos to determine exactly what the issues are but in general following cleft lip surgery, revisions are often needed. This can be done to improve scars, improve symmetry of the lips or improve positioning. Sometimes this is done surgically with excising scar tissue or rearranging the lip, sometimes other techniques such as that transfer injections can help. There certainly are qualified surgeons in your neighboring countries although I am not sure in your own country. There are some surgical groups that visit Bhutan with the expertise on helping you- a search on the Internet may help you learn which team is coming.
