I was born with a cleft lip, was treated well and the mark of stitches has almost faded. But shape is not good, the upper lip is thicker from sides and thin from middle. I consulted a plastic surgeon and he told me that the stitch would be reopened and closed again after filling tissues taken from my body. I doubt whether the lip would really look almost normal after surgery and marks would fade in 5-6 months as told by doctor or not? will there be a white kinda line that cleft lip patients hav
