I recently posted a question on here about rhinoplasty. A doctor mentioned that, upon viewing my photos, he would remove the dorsal hump and correct the droopy tip. I'm just wondering if that procedure can be done at the same time as jaw angle implants (to widen my jaw), so that I only have to go under general anesthesia once? (Just to confirm, I'm not referring to a chin implant, which I've already had. I'm talking about the jaw angle.)
