Can you get jaw angle implants and rhinoplasty at the same time?

Question

I recently posted a question on here about rhinoplasty. A doctor mentioned that, upon viewing my photos, he would remove the dorsal hump and correct the droopy tip. I'm just wondering if that procedure can be done at the same time as jaw angle implants (to widen my jaw), so that I only have to go under general anesthesia once? (Just to confirm, I'm not referring to a chin implant, which I've already had. I'm talking about the jaw angle.)

I don’t like jaw implant surgery. The results aren’t great. Also doing that at the same time as the nose can be risky because it would affect both nasal and oral airway at the same time.

Hi, hope you are well. At The Spiegel Center, we routinely perform concurrent rhinoplasty and jaw surgery (reduction or augmentation). Not only is it possible, if you are planning to undergo both procedures, then I would recommend doing them at the same time for precisely the reason you mentioned. It will reduce your general anesthesia requirement and consolidate your recovery into a single episode.
