My rhinoplasty is next month and I am on accutaune

I am scheduled for a rhinoplasty in a month while on Accutane (Oratane 20mg every second day), but opinions vary. Some surgeons believe Accutane can improve results, while others suggest it may affect scarring. My surgeon advises stopping Accutane 20 days before and a week after surgery. Seeking another opinion is important. If I must stop Accutane for 6 months, I risk losing my payment and interrupting acne treatment. If I only stop 20 days prior is it even worth stopping? Thank you in advance.

When somebody has a bifid nasal tip, there tends to be a deep cleft in between the tip cartilages that is vertical. This tends to be more prevalent in those with very thin nasal tip skin and firm nasal tip cartilage. I hope this is helpful.
