Is there a surgery to extend the inner corners of the eye?

Like a lateral canthoplasty except to extend the inner corners. I'm Caucasian if this is relevant. Also, I know this surgery would be highly risky, but I would like to know whether it can be performed.

A photo would be very helpful to determine if your desire makes any sense or not.  Generally, unless you have an epicanthal fold, there is no way to safely extend the location of the medial canthal angle.  Depending on your features, work around suggestions might make sense that do not require surgery.  Now here is the scary part.  If you knock on enough doors, someone may try to do what you are asking.  I would be very careful.  Somethings are not fixable!

medial canthopexy is a procedure that is actually performed.  However, it is usually reserved for older patients with epiphora and ectropion.  A medial canthoplasty may be possible in the area but it is often associated with unattractive scarring when performed on younger patients whether they be Caucasian or Asian.  Photographs would be very helpful.  Be sure to get a number of consultations with very experienced eyelid surgeons most likely an oculoplastic surgeon.  I would listen to those who are little more skeptical or discouraging in the initial consultation as these people likely have your best interest in mind.  That is merely my opinion not medical advice.
