Are there any solutions for a lumpy stomach after previous Tummy Tuck and 1 1/2 years post Liposuction?

It sounds as though you might benefit from a second abdominoplasty possibly of the extended nature. Posting a picture and a little more information about the types of liposuction would be useful.

but your want to focus your efforts on the most reliable and predictable methods.  If there is truly excess fat, suctioning could be done on those areas only.  If  dimples, more fat grafting (assuming you have some) or procedures designed to tighten skin like the ThermiLift mentioned.  But when searching for perfection, be wary or things that do not work or are unreliable so KNOW your surgeon's policies should results be unappreciable.

Based on your single photo, it does not appear that you need another tummy tuck. If there is laxity in the skin above the belly button there is a newer, minimally invasive procedure done under local anesthetic in the office that effectively tightens skin without resection. It is called ThermiTight by ThermiAesthetics. I have had wonderful results in several areas of the body.Was your liposuction laser lipo? I have seen several patients with similar irregularities with irregular depositions of fatty tissue. Using a "basket" lipo cannula WITHOUT suction will break up the adherent scar tissue and distribute some of the excess fat more evenly similar to fat grafts to help smooth the tissue. It sometimes takes a couple of sessions to achieve your desired result. Another issue is continued weight gain.
