Thank you for your question.  Most hospitals that have training programs for plastic surgery residents and fellows have clinic programs with discounted fees.  Th procedure is performed by a surgeon in training for plastic surgery working with an attending plastic surgeon.  Try Lenox Hill, as already suggested, Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital and NYU-Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery and Bellevue Hospital.  Hope this helps.

Teaching hospitals discount the surgical fee but I think that you will find that there are many experienced plastic surgeons who are board certified and whose fees are comparable.

For example, we run a good cosmetic surgery clinic at Lenox Hill Hospital. It may cost you about $3000.  First class work with a private surgeon would be at least three time that.
