Is There a Way to Lower the Major Nasion/Radix of Nose to Make It Look Flat?

Lowering the nasion/radix is akin to dorsal hump reduction surgery.  A combination of an osteotome, rasps or powered burrs can be used to lower the radix.  Be careful what you wish for, though, and be sure to use computer-imaging with a qualified surgeon to make sure flattening your nose is what you really want.  Lowering your radix will give the appearance of your eyes being set farther apart.

A high radix and high nasion can certainly be addressed through an osteotomy, which removes bone in that area.  A small radix is usually brought down on the hump with a rasp, while a large one is performed with an osteotomy.  Once this is performed both lateral and medial osteotomies will need to be performed to narrow the nasal bridge.  The rhinoplasty is done under general anesthesia for patient safety and comfort.

Yes, lowering the radix can be achieved, usually through a closed approach.  Please consult with a board certified specialist who can better assist you in achieving the results you seek.

A photo would be helpful, but in general, rasping the region through a closed approach (through the inside of your nose) would be an option that is relatively straightforward.

Yes there is a way to reduce the Nasion or radix. It can be done with a special angled rasp or a rotating burr.
