At least I think it's an age spot! I have a clump of discoloration under my eye that I'd like to get rid of. So far it's been unresponsive to IPL (3 sessions) and one very light "fractional" treatment (non-ablative, using that same StarLux system that was used for the IPL). It's not just discolored, but the texture of the skin is also different. Can someone recommend the best treatment?
