Port wine stains that affects my top lip. Can it be fixed?

Pictures would be helpful to give you the best advice, but sometimes laser treatments can be done to improve port wine stains.  Even port wine stains on the lip could potentially be improved with these laser procedures.  

While we cannot say with any certainty how effective this treatment would be for you, considering that there are no photos, we use the IPL laser to treat ay pigmentation in the skin, including port wine stains. This treatment is a process that requires multiple visits, but it is effective.
