What is the Cost for Surgery for Diastasis Recti?

Cost of endoscopic tummy tuck is about 10 thousand

Thank you for the question.  If repair of the abdominal muscles alone is desired this can be achieved through a small incision or endoscopic tummy tuck where no skin is removed.  Through these small incisions the abdominal muscles are brought back together.  Additional liposuction can be performed at the same time if desired.  The link below is from one of my patients before and after photos after undergoing lower abdominal wall tightening using this method.

All the best,

Tummy tuck surgery and cost of repair of diastasis recti

Diastasis recti refers to the separation of the rectus abdominis muscles which can occur after pregnancy or weight gain and loss.  The separation causes the abdomen to protrude and is not usually corrected by abdominal exercises.  As part of a tummy tuck - abdominoplasty - this separation is repaired and the muscles are brought back to their normal position.  The cost of a tummy tuck with repair of the diastasis recti can vary depending on the size and type of abdominoplasty, but in the San Francisco Bay Area can cost between $8,000 to $12,000,  including operating room and anesthesiologist fees.  Best wishes.

What is the Cost for Surgery for Diastasis Recti?

Not only do costs vary dramatically around the country, they also vary within a community. You need to call around your area to answer that question.
