Whats the cause of my excessive nostril show? (photos)

Reason for nostril show excess in your nose is the nose is short and NOT rotation. The cartilage I have used in noses like yours for 35 years is septal cartilage.  

You have excessive nostril show because of an over rotated and short nose. The nose can be lengthened and derotated with different types of cartilage grafts which will make the nostrils less visible. As the tip lengthens and comes down, with alar rim grafts as well, the angle of the nostril changes.
