Whats the cause of my excessive nostril show? (photos)

Hello there, I was wondering whats the reason behind my excessive nostril show? Is it because the nose is short or because it is over rotated? Also, if it can be fixed which type of surgery and cartilage should be used? Thanks everybody for your time.

There is no age limit on a rhinoplasty. As long as patient's are in good health, it is acceptable under a rhinoplasty at any age. Contact your surgeon's office.  Most surgeon's request that no blood thinners (such as aspirin, advil, iburprofen, motrin) be taken 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after surgery.

In some cases where the nose was acutely injured, this technique you describe to straighten the septum may be possible. However, if the broken cartilage and/or bone has been allowed to heal, additional maneuvers may be needed to effectively correct the displacement.
