Herbal supplements for breast growth after doing fat transfer?

Hi, I have done fat transfer to my breasts 10 days ago but I am not happy with the results. Can I try taking herbal supplements that promote breasts growth to make sure it doesn't lose more volume? Or it's not safe yet and I need to wait? Also, how long do I need to wait for my body to recover to do a second fat transfer surgery? Thanks!

Herbal supplements will not promote breast growth despite their marketing claims. You did not state what you are unhappy with from your fat transfer. It will take several months for your breast to be ready for a second fat transfer, but if you are not happy with your size at this point, you might want to consider doing a breast augmentation with an implant. At best, you will get one bra size increase with fat transfers.

Hi, thank you for your question.  The benefit of fat grafting is being able to use your own tissue to augment your breast.  The real downside is that take of grafted fat is variable.  Since you are only 10 days out, you may be noticing a decrease in size as your initial swelling subsides.  Herbal supplements will not change your breast size permanently, and is some cases can provoke bleeding in the early postoperative period.  I generally advise waiting 6-12 months prior to grafting again.Best wishes,Dr. Naidu
