Is there a skin laser that can remove just my freckles and not rosacea?

I have some light brown freckles/sun spots I'd like to remove as they have really bothered me since I was young. However, I have really mild rosacea (doctor said grade 1) on my cheeks that I *don't* want to get rid of because I think it's cute/looks like blush. Is there a laser treatment I could opt for that wouldn't decrease my rosacea?

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis. We see atrophic and hypertrophic scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. While some lasers target melanin (brown pigment) and others target vessels (red), I don't think anyone could promise that one specific laser would keep the rosy cheek look you like and only target freckles. Unfortunately, you'd likely target both. Consider just a light chemical peel and see how you like it. 
On another note, rosacea is inflammatory and a sign that there is dysregulation in the immune system so I wouldn't ignore it entirely, as it will likely just worsen. You might also want to consider a MedSpa that also does Functional Medicine to treat any possible systemic inflammation.
