We have chosen to use the BTL Vanquish ME equipment in my practice.  I believe it has proven to be more effective than other non-surgical options based upon the research.  One reason is the size of the equipment.  The Vanquish covers a much larger surface of the treatment area than laser or "cold sculpt" options.  This offers a greater circumference reduction - on average 2" around the middle for an abdomen or back treatment. Results will vary, of course and pre and post treatment recommendations should be followed for best results.  Our practice also follows our treatments with the BTL Cellutone massage which make the results better and change of "tender fat deposit spots" lower after the treatments.

Thank you for your question. Patients are looking for the best alternative to liposuction without the discomfort and downtime associated with a surgical procedure. If you are looking for the device that will destroy the most fat, Vanquish Me is hands down the best selection due to the large treatment size and depth of penetration. For a focused area, alternatives such as Sculpsure and BodyFx are good selections. Some practices are now combining treatments to get a better overall result, and while not as impressive with what I can achieve with liposuction, these protocols will give a very dramatic result in most patients with no downtime and the ability to continue with your normal routine.

Thank you for your question.  Both Vanquish and SculpSure are nonsurgical, painless, permanent fat reduction treatments.  #Vanquish is not restricted by a patient's BMi.  As a result, we can treat any size patient and reduce inches off the waistline.  For #SculpSure, the ideal patient has a BMI of less than 30.  We use it to treat smaller areas of stubborn fat, similar to the #CoolSculpt.  I no longer utilize the Coolsculpt due to greater pain and post-treatment numbness when compared to Sculpsure.  None of these treatments are replacements for diet and exercise.  Best of luck,Suneel Chilukuri, M.D.Houston, TX
