Does Vanquish leave the skin sagging after the weight loss or does it somehow make it firm?

Thank you for your question.  Vanquish doesn't result in weight loss, but rather destroys fat cells through radio frequency technology.  It does offer some skin tightening, but it will not help with loose skin after weight loss.  A tummy tuck is the only procedure that will remove excessive loose skin.  The fat cells destroyed during Vanquish procedure are eliminated naturally by the body slowly over several months, so loose skin from the procedure alone would not be a problem. Although the Vanquish RF energy source does contribute to some skin tightening, it all depends on how much loose skin you have and its elasticity.
