I've had severe dizziness since rhinoplasty/septoplasty/turbinate reduction and chin implant in Jan. Doctor doesn't know why?

After the surgery I took Keflex 500 i did not like the way I felt. It cause a lot of dizziness and anxiety. I’ve had severe dizzyness since fatigue, Heart palpitations. I have gone to my follow up and doctor says this has nothing to do with my surgery. I’ve had lab work down, ct scans, etc and everything seems to be ok. But my dizziness is still there. Do you think this was caused by the surgery?

You show and over projecting nose with a slight dorsal hump. You have a thin face that accentuates the overprojection. With a lowering of the profile and refinement of the tip, I believe you would get a very nice result.Hope this helps.

Hi Jim85, From the picture you provided, it does seem like a nasal valve collapse is a possibility. However, 5 months is not a very long time for rhinoplasty recovery. It takes at least 12 months for the initial swelling to recede, and some patients can experience asymmetries during this time...

I am not a big fan of similated photos. Rhinoplasty is very specific to the individual and requires a clear understanding of the patient's desires and a clear explanation of what can be done. I prefer reviewing photos of my patients to get a feel as to what the patient desires. This also give...
