I've had severe dizziness since rhinoplasty/septoplasty/turbinate reduction and chin implant in Jan. Doctor doesn't know why?

After the surgery I took Keflex 500 i did not like the way I felt. It cause a lot of dizziness and anxiety. I’ve had severe dizzyness since fatigue, Heart palpitations. I have gone to my follow up and doctor says this has nothing to do with my surgery. I’ve had lab work down, ct scans, etc and everything seems to be ok. But my dizziness is still there. Do you think this was caused by the surgery?

Thank you for your question. This issue must be very difficult for you. There are various potential causes of your dizziness, and often the cause may not be so obvious from your labwork and imaging. It is best to see a neurologist, cardiologist, and otolaryngologist to investigate it further. Describing to your doctors the characteristics of your dizzy episodes, potential triggers, and other associated symptoms should help them formulate the best treatment for you going forward.
