If you have a round face would a custom jaw implant help make your face square? Because the difference from a round and square face is angular definition. Also how long do you have to wear any head wrap when completed?

Some vertical elongation of the face with facial defatting is the most effective strategy for making the face less round if the aesthetic change is favorable. S custom jawline implant that adds vertical length to the lower order of the mandible can have that effect.

Dear Panzer, Many patients who have a round lower face often have a combination of a weak chin and excess buccal fat pads. It is common to remove some buccal fat, liposuction of the chin and neck area and add a chin implant in many patients to achieve a more defined jawline.
