If you have a round face would a custom jaw implant help make your face square? Because the difference from a round and square face is angular definition. Also how long do you have to wear any head wrap when completed?

It is a good idea to discuss your concerns with your surgeon. However, in general, occasional soreness with animation is common in some cases. Infection is unlikely as most infections occur within the first few weeks.

If I stop antibiotics on the 3rd day will my implant be infected?

You should discuss your concerns with your surgeon. If you are having and allergic reaction you should change to a different antibiotic. I prefer to keep my patients on antibiotics for a minimum of 7 days. One of the highest risk for facial implants is infection.
