Thanks for the question. It is very common to be constipated after any type of surgery due to the anesthetics, disruption in diet, and narcotic pain medication. After this long, however, you could suffer serious medical issues if you do not work on having a bowel movement. I recommend that you ask your surgeon's advice, but you should consider laxatives, enemas, and lots of fluid intake. It is possible that you may even have to visit a physician to remove the hard, dry stool that may be impacted (stuck). Please do so ASAP if things have not improved since you posted this question.
No one knows exactly if vaping has significant detrimental effects on surgery. It is probably best to avoid it during the initial surgery and healing period.
