I have quite a big chest, when I first went to a doctor about it I was probably around 13-14 when the recommended breast reduction surgery later on rather than soon. I'm 5'1 and my current weight is 235 lbs. But it depends upon the existing position of your breasts on your chest are. So, I would suggest you to meet a cosmetic surgeon near you who does breast reduction regularly to plan your further treatment.
