Hi there, i am 13 days post op for a breast reduction. I started my period a few days ago and now today my breasts feel swollen and very sore, they weren't yesterday. Is this normal?

You are very early in your recovery/healing process. Give it some time. Contact your surgeon with any questions and concerns. Best wishes!
To generalize, a 1000 gram resection will probably leave you with a large C cup, although, as we often say, American bra sizing is inconsistent and unreliable.
